Do learners usually apply what they learn from training sessions in their lives or work?

No, not usually. It is both difficult and rare for trainees to apply their learning from courses to their lives or work. There is rarely any incorporation of real-life activities/tasks in courses, and even when there are such tasks, the challenges which one deals with in real life are not necessarily encountered in a course environment. Therefore, learners are often left to their own devices when it comes to applying what they learn in courses. How do you think this can be addressed?
